A more cartoony Sonic. Experimenting with quick colours on top of what was already a speed-sketch, so it's all pretty rough and undetailed and there's a few mistakes, particularly around his legs.

Sketch and inking took about an hour, not sure how long the colouring took since I was playing around with layers and effects.

As a classic sonic game expert, the star bumpers make a "Bing" noise and don't push very far. However the red springs do.
Oh thing I find to be a rare event is that Sonic rarely takes his shoes and socks off in the comics. Would it be possible for you to draw Sonic relaxing with his shoes and socks off?
It would be a guaranteed favorite for me. :)
